CARMINA BURANA

Cooperation with the biggest open air operetta stage in the world including 300 participants in Mörbisch am See.

This project is funded by the European Union, and is co-financed by the republic and by the Province of Burgenland .

The idea of this project comes from the fascination to perform the origin of Carl Orff´s CARMINA BURANA in a scenic an musical way and also to show the dimension and meaning of this unique act in our days. The big location of the Seebühne Mörbisch should serve as the setting and enables the first joint performance of this kind with Austrian, Hungarian and Slovak groups. In spite of all diffrences the coaction and the achiecement of a common goal comes to the fore to offer the audience an unprcededented experience.
